Mahsa and Abtin's Family Portraits
I met Mahsa and Abtin years ago when they first started dating and, of course, eventually I shot their wedding! Now after all this time, I've been doing their family portraits for several years now! It's so awesome to do family portraits of my former brides and grooms because it's a way for me to catch up with them and see how far they've come. Seeing their family grow and how they as a couple have grown and developed is really a magical thing to witness by just staying in touch after the start of it all!
I love doing family portrait shoots for that reason, and it's crazy to see how big their wonderful kids, Michael and Benjamin, have gotten! I remember when she was pregnant, I remember when they were babies, so it was kind of crazy to really be involved in their own growth by just being around and capturing that love all through the years! We shot the pictures in and around Venice, CA where they first met and lived and of course, I met them there, too! I can't wait to see them continue to absolutely flourish as life goes on and I just had to share these lovelies!
