Pauline and Chris’ Wedding at the Luxe Hotel on Sunset in Bel Air
Pauline and Chris are one of my FAVORITE couples and I feel like I waited FOREVER for their wedding, since they booked me over a year in advance…and now they are finally hitched! From the beginning we had a total photo love affair and Pauline knew exactly what she wanted. From our uber planned out, Pinterest-inspired engagement shoot in Downtown LA, to their wedding day…every detail was planned:) I LOVED their engagement shoot, because I share their same obsession with coffee and we started out the day at Urth Caffe strategizing and even having the barista spell out their wedding date in a latte. We then went to a studio loft downtown, filled it with balloons, and created a magical, ridiculously fun experience that none of us will ever forget:)
Cut to, the WEDDING DAY! I was so excited to work with the fabulous Susan Tosounian of Especially for You Events who always makes everything so fun! I also wanted to thank Amber Rae-Lynn for donating her time to assist me and for all of her photography skills and of course Pauline’s make up artist Marie Tran from Luna Bella Beauty for making everything so flawless not only during her engagement shoot, but on her wedding day! Pauline and Chris (AKA Garbers) got married at the LUXE Hotel on Sunset and had tons of fun details, from confetti, sequence tablecloths, and cut out hearts from newspapers on the tables to the fuschia and purple colored dresses and flowers, everything popped in the modern, industrial environment at the LUXE. They definitely made sure their guests (and photographer:) had fun at the reception from their DJ Jack Bermeo from LJDJs entertainment to the photo booth and even a caricature artist, the party NEVER stopped! One of the most touching moments I have seen at a wedding was the father-daughter dance where Pauline took turns with all of her brothers dancing, since her father was there in spirit. Such a beautiful moment.
Garbers and Pauline, I hope you two had an amazing time in Oahu on your honeymoon and were able to test out Giovanni’s Famous Food truck! You two deserve some relaxation and time to breathe…you are FINALLY MARRIED! Thank you for all of the support and my fancy new jeans!!! XOXO
