Dev and Christie’s Engagement Shoot
Some of you have already seen a sneak peek from this engagement shoot on Facebook, but I just had to post some of my favorites from this shoot. I have known Christie and Dev for four years and it is always fun to do engagement photos of friends, because you get to see a different more romantic side of your friends that you don’t always get a chance to see:)
First of all I was OBSESSED with the color of Christie’s dress. Anything with color I love, but fuchsia/pink is so hot right now. We started at their house to grab a few shots with their cats and then drove to the Annenberg Beach House. Originally they wanted to shoot at the more traditional white house as their background, but when we got there I felt like the more modern building was a much better backdrop to highlight Christie’s gown. We had a blast running around that property and then a quick wardrobe change to hit the beach right before sunset. We completely lucked out on the weather and had clear skies and the bluest water. You never know by the beach in June:) Congratulations you guys! I can’t believe your wedding is less than two months away!
