You may remember Lisa and Jeff from our gorgeous blog post a few months back, where we ran around Manhattan Beach and he played the Piano for her in their living room..YEP, they finally tied the knot!  Lisa is the one who also proposed to Jeff on Leap Year this past February after a whirlwind romance, and I have been looking forward to shooting this wedding for a while:)  I remember when I first met with them and showed them my work, I had just walked out the door to go back to my car after our meeting and within 30 seconds I heard the piano strike a chord and Lisa was singing an Adele song along with Jeff’s piano accompaniment.  I thought that was SO cute and I sat and listened to them for a bit, because it was such a sweet thing for a couple to be able to do together. At the wedding, Jeff’s best man gave a VERY touching speech about how Jeff had stopped playing the piano for years….until he met Lisa.  He brought tears to everyone’s eyes when he said that Lisa LITERALLY brought music back into Jeff’s home…so amazing:)  These two are so in love and happy.  They genuinely love each other’s company and just have fun together.  I feel like Lisa is a kindred spirit to me and I had three different people on the wedding day tell me that we looked alike and I will take that as a TOTAL compliment, because she looked GORGEOUS on her wedding day.  I was actually kind of obsessed with her hair and make-up and it was no surprise that I saw Mariah Nicole there as her make up artist.  I also had the pleasure of working with Jillian Rose, as my second photographer and to top it off, Cassandra Santor with Beautiful Day Wedding Planning, as their Wedding coordinator.  Not only do we share the same business name coincidentally, but she is one of my favorite Wedding Planners to work with!  I LOVE when I have a perfect team working together on a wedding.  It makes it feel like a family reunion and so much fun:) We had perfect weather, a ton of fun running around Terranea Resort taking photos down by the rocky shore, and best of all Lisa and Jeff are husband and wife!  Congratulations to you both!
