Daisy and Justin’s Destination Wedding at Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
I just got back from an amazing mini-holiday with Daisy, Justin and their ridiculously fun friends and family in Mexico to celebrate their wedding weekend. I FINALLY got to work with my friend, the fabulous David Pressman, who went above and beyond to put this gorgeous, intimate wedding week together for these two at the romantic Esperanza Resort and Spa.
We had welcome cocktails, days lounging by the pool, water sports, spa treatments, tequila tastings, and OF COURSE the wedding itself. It was such a perfect luxury resort for this group. It was 5 star but not in an overwhelming way. We felt like we took over the placeJ
I feel like whenever you invite Germans to a party they always add some fun craziness to the mix. LOL, Seeing Daisy’s mom on the dance floor was amazing and her friends even drove cross-country from LA to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with their dog to make it for the wedding. It was 48 hours each way of driving!
The day of the wedding was stunning. The weather, the lighting, everything was simply beautiful. I LOVED the colorful yellow and red scheme of the flowers and table settings, the Novio/Novia signs for the newlyweds, the Mariachi Band, Daisy’s gorgeous, yet simple Vera Wang gown (which she was able to twerk in later on…impressiveJ), their surprise fireworks display, the air-conditioned dance party later on with THE best DJ and finally, everyone’s favorite at 1am…late night snacks!
You can just tell how much fun we all had and to see HOW in love Daisy and Justin are just made me smile all weekend. Justin said I made them kiss constantly during our photos, but honestly, that was ALL you guys! You two are electric around each other and I am so happy you found each other to spend your lives with.
